Frequently Asked Questions !!

What is the Wealth Protection Framework?

The Wealth Protection Framework is a private, rules-based system for preserving asset ownership through life events that trigger scrutiny—such as marriage, divorce, inheritance, lawsuits, or business exits.
It focuses on how ownership is determined and proven, not on speculative strategies or reactive fixes.

Is this the same as traditional asset protection or estate planning?

No.
Traditional asset protection often focuses on structures (LLCs, trusts, prenups). Estate planning focuses on transfer after death.

This framework focuses on classification, transaction behavior, and proof over time—the rules that courts and enforcement bodies actually apply before assets are transferred or disputed.

Why does divorce receive so much focus?

Because divorce is the most frequent and financially impactful stress test of personal wealth.
It does not create new rules—it activates existing ownership rules. During divorce, intent is irrelevant and documentation becomes law. Assets rise or fall based on how they were handled years earlier, not on what someone meant to do.

Does this only apply if I think divorce is likely?

No.
Most people affected by asset loss did not anticipate divorce, litigation, or conflict. The framework is designed for uncertainty, not prediction.
Preparation is about structural readiness, not assumptions about outcomes.

I already have a prenup, trust, or LLC. Isn’t that enough?

Not always.
Legal structures can fail if ownership rules are violated through everyday transactions, reinvestment, or documentation gaps.
Many asset losses occur inside otherwise valid structures due to misclassification or broken records.
